Siraf is our brand name; the tea itself comes from the gardens of Amlash in eastern Gilan. The leaves ripen in the humid, misty air of the Amlash foothills, are picked in season and go straight to packing — pure, fragrant Iranian tea with no artificial colouring, no essence, and no distance between the garden and the cup.

Quality and authenticity

Every batch is checked for brew colour, aroma and leaf consistency before packing. No colouring or essence, at any stage.

The brewing ritual

1.Warm the pot with boiling water.
2.One teaspoon of tea per cup.
3.Add fresh boiling water and wait five minutes.
4.Never boil the tea — only steep it.
